EXPERIENCE

Co-Founder of London based promotions company Black Cat White Cat, now based above Moth club in Hackney. 2013 - 2016

Co-Ordinator and marketing of Panel Collective parties and exhibitions with LuLuGems, showcasing photography, paintings and clothing alongside daytime DJ sets, based in an Atelier in Rue de la Pompe, Paris. 2016 - 2018

Drummer and percussionist in L’air de Rien, performance poetry and Chanson Francaise collective based in Paris, with regular concerts in Vichy, Paris and Nantes in restaurants, libraries and open air festivals. 2018 - 2019

Co-Founder of DJ, production and Soundsystem collective Formant Soundsystem. Monthly radio show on Thread's radio. High pressure, custom built soundsystem. Events held in collaboration with Circadian Rhythms, Unkruid/South of North, Communal Clothing, WarmUpUkraine and the New Black Film Collective. Showcasing multimedia installations, club events and screenings. 2021 - Present

Co-Founder of comedy performance art duo Buff Daddy, performing ‘Bitcoins’ at the Bunker in Lewisham at the ‘for K-Punk' annual nights, Set in Dalston ‘For K punk’, the Windmill in Brixton for New Gums. Composition, production, mixing and mastering on the album BITCOINS.

‘Paddy's Lament’, audio drama and photography for the ‘To a Passer By’ project. Work based on Paddy’s Market, Glasgow – Architectural Sound and Visual project ran by the MA curatorial program at GSA.

‘This is an Emergency Service’ sound design (composition, foley, musical composition, mixing, on site recording), production and mastering for video work and multi speaker installation with artist Emma Lewis Jones at Glasgow School of Art’s MFA degree show, Stowe Building, 2022.

Editing, ADR, mixing and mastering with Queer Artist and Writer Eve Mcshannon (Good Press) for radio program and audio essay ‘Lament the Ashes’ aired on Threads Radio. 2023

‘Heavy Goods’ short fim by Fern Productions starring Hannah Wright and Sean Lionadh – Soundtrack composition, ADR and mixing.

‘Lament the Ashes’ – A radio essay mix co written, edited and produced for Formant Soundsystem’s Threads radio show with writer and illustrator Eve Mcshannon.

Formant Soundsystem collaboration with Clothing label Unkruid (Antwerp) and South of North (Amersterdam) for Fete de la Musique and Paris Fashion Week at La Chinois.

Volunteer/Apprentice at Narture Experimental Bakery and ‘Dough’ Gallery based in Ayr, 2020. SAU – I sit on the executive board for the Scottish Artists Union.
Life Drawing workshops at Salt Community Center on Saltmarket Lane, Glasgow

Volunteer with Sistema Scotland’s Big Noise center in Govanhill teaching and providing support to primary and secondary school children playing in Concert Band.

Volunteer with Sonica at Tramway in Pollokshields providing technical assistance, fabrication and exhibition assistance Heather Lander, Kate Robinson and Alex Smoke.

Install assistant to Louise Harris on the sound exhibition ‘Filigree Traces’ at Sanctuary 2022.
